Heat-and-cool vs cold-only: Pro/Ultra vs STD/Mini
October 24, 2026
Pro and Ultra are heat-and-cool platforms with published set-temperature ranges that include both cold and warm setpoints (catalog: 2–42°C on Pro/Ultra). They suit programs that alternate cold immersion with warmer recovery water or need a single machine for both modes.
STD is cooling-only, with a published chill temperature reference around 3°C / 37.5°F depending on model class. External pump, filter and UV kits are optional rather than integrated. Mini is described as a compact cold-water chiller for smaller published volume ranges.
If your project needs WiFi/IoT/OTA features, review Pro and Ultra notes carefully — Mini lists optional ED261W WiFi controller features, not standard WiFi. Electrical-variant pairs in the catalog must be confirmed for the ordered SKU.
See series pages for SKU tables and specification notes, then confirm the final configuration with an inquiry.
