INCOMING & FLOOR

Components staged for assembly.

The roller line runs between workstations, with compressors in protective trays and coil assemblies on layered pallets. This stage prepares the compressors and coils for transfer to the assembly stations.

ASSEMBLY

Fitting the chiller interior.

Housings sit along the roller line; closer views show a technician working inside an open unit and a metal vessel beside insulated pipework. Here, the interior assembly brings the vessel and pipework together within the housing.

TESTING & QC

Reviewing the open unit.

FINISHED STAGING

Enclosed units in staging.

PACKING & OUTBOUND

Sealing cartons, securing cases.

Cartons sit beside a roller conveyor and yellow sealing frame; wooden cases carry straps and handling marks. This station completes carton closure and secures the wooden cases for outbound handling.
